Who we are

FiltAir provides a monthly HVAC maintenance membership: filter replacement and condensate drain line flushing. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (filtair.net) or message us on Facebook Messenger, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out our website form or message us on Facebook, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Service address and ZIP code
• Property details you provide: property type, number of HVAC systems, whether you're the homeowner
• HVAC maintenance history you provide: filter size, when the filter was last changed, when the drain line was last flushed
• If you message us on Facebook: your Facebook name, your Page-scoped user ID, and the content of your messages to us
• Which page you were on, how you arrived at our site (referrer/campaign information), if applicable

We do not ask for or store payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information not listed above.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule service
• To determine whether your property is in our service area and eligible for membership
• To send you information about the FiltAir membership by email, phone, text, or Messenger
• To improve our service and understand which marketing channels bring us customers

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Facebook Messenger

If you message the FiltAir Facebook Page, we use Meta's Messenger Platform to send and receive messages. Our use of information received from Meta complies with Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. We use your Messenger conversation only to answer your questions, qualify you for service, and follow up about scheduling — never for unrelated purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your information is stored in a secure database (Supabase, hosted in the United States) accessible only to FiltAir staff and our service providers. We use Resend to send email notifications and Meta's Messenger Platform to send and receive messages.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide service to you, respond to your inquiry, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your choices

• Opt out: reply "STOP" to any text message, or tell us in Messenger or by email that you'd like us to stop contacting you.
• Delete your data: email info@filtair.net or call (561) 444-8859 and we'll delete your information within a reasonable time, unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
• Correct your data: contact us and we'll update anything that's inaccurate.
